Miss Powers Creative Classroom: Mother's Day!

I tried to come up with a special project for Mother's Day this year and created this one that I absolutely love. We did it as a whole group and the kids actually did really well following each step and wrote the sweetest things. I hope the moms appreciate it because my sink was a huge green mess lol.

For fun we also did this "magic" writing activity. Haha I explained to them how crayon resist works, but they truly think it's magic powers that made their popcorn words appear.

Their bubble word activity turned out cute too. However, a lot of the kids did not have the patience to carefully color in each bubble! This was one of the better ones I saw. I told him his was the best and his face totally lit up!
