Open House Tonight!!

Today was the longest day ever...about 13 hour day! I was a little bummed with the turnout, but small turnouts are unfortunately the norm in my community. I had 12 kids show up and a handful of former students and upcoming kindergartners. I loooooved watching the kids interact with their parents and have such excitement and enthusiasm as they show their parents everything there is to show in the classroom. I even got some nice compliments that made me teary about how much their child loves me and talks about me every night :*) I said I couldn't imagine doing anything else with my life, I was born to teach!
