Valentine's Day Celebration

Oh my it's been a fun week. We celebrated Valentine's Day today since my school has a 4 day weekend. Today was so much fun! I asked all of the kids to wear purple, red, white, or pink today and they all came today looking so festive and sweet. We did some fun centers and played some games before passing out Valentine's. 

We started with the "minute to win it stacking hearts challenge". It looked so easy, but was quite difficult! Tallest tower won. 

Then we played the "heart race relay". The carpet was lava lol so they had to stay on the hearts and get to the other side the fastest. Again, not as easy as it looks!

And probably their favorite thing of all, sorting and counting conversation hearts. After they were done, they got to eat them! 

My kids made me feel so loved today. I got stuffed animals, chocolate, flowers, and my favorite gift..."I love you" :)
